At Plyzzle, every product is carefully handcrafted and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a specific return and refund policy.
1. Customized Orders
- All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are uniquely made based on your inputs.
- Please ensure that all customization details (name, design, size, colors, etc.) are correct before placing your order. Plyzzle cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take care to quality-check and securely package every order. However, if you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit,
- Defective in quality, or
- Different from what you ordered,
you may request a replacement.
How to Raise a Request:
- Email us at plyzzle.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number along with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- After 1 hour, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only issued if the product cannot be produced or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In all other eligible cases, we provide replacement only, not refunds.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the error/damage is from our side, we will bear the replacement shipping charges.
- If incorrect details were provided by the customer, no replacement/refund will be possible.
